When a couple decides to have children, it's usually an unstated agreement that the children are BOTH adults' responsibility. However, sometimes folks forget that when you rear a human child, it is a ton of work on your own and is a task best suited for both parents to pitch in. Now, when you have 4 kiddos, that is a responsibility that is obviously quadrupled.
One working woman and mother of four kids, recently got into a fight with her deadbeat husband about their shared parenting and Reddit is up in arms about it. As a full time working mother, she struggled to make home cooked meals every night, keep the house clean, and still find time to raise the kids right. Unfortunately for her, she was stuck doing it basically alone because her husband, who works a physical job, believed that his job was harder than hers and entitled him to long naps every day when he got home and he felt like he'd earned time to hang out with his friends. Not only that, but the hubby would bicker and complain when he didn't have a hot meal waiting for him when he got home. Ew.
So one weekend, the woman simply needed a night to herself with her friends. Things went haywire when the husband was required to watch the children all on his lonesome. He screamed, he yelled, and packed his bags. When the wife got home, the house was a mess and the husband walked out immediately. I think it's pretty clear who the AH is here and it's certainly not the woman caring for a grand total of 5 useless, emotional children.
